People really don’t care about you

That’s right, people really don’t care about you. In other words, Your income is directly tied to how much value you are delivering on a consistent basis.

In the end, people really don’t care about you.

They could care less about what you want.

And they don’t care about how much money you’ve made.

And this is good news!

Because it means that you don’t need to be a millionaire internet marketer to get results in this business.

Your customers don’t give a shit about your results!

People really don’t care about you.

All your potential customers care about THEMSELVES.

You have to think about what’s in it for your customer.

In order to do this…

You should figure out what is the desired outcome that your prospects are looking for.

If you can figure this out, you can help your prospects every single time, period.

My friend and mentor talks about giving your prospects results in advance.

In other words, give them tips and advice for completely free that will get them some type of result up front, BEFORE they have spent any money.

It doesn’t have to be a huge result; it can be something small that they’re struggling with.

Think about what this does.

When you’ve taught somebody something that actually works and you did it for free, that person is going to trust you completely.

They know that you know what you’re talking about and they know that you will not steer them wrong.

They know that what you recommend is going to be top quality.

You’ve very effectively pre-framed their mind for a sale.

Because you’re not just out to get their money.

You’re out to help them, and you’re recommending products that can do that for them.

And YOU collect a commission.

This is how ALL of the leaders have got to the top.

And you can do the same thing and become one of those leaders.

Just remember, it’s not ultimately about what’s in it for you…

It’s about what’s in it for your customer.

Revealing deep thoughts this morning, no matter where you go to today, there you are. I know this sounds dumb. But what I mean is that in order to get the success you deserve you have to become a person that you like being.

You have to love yourself.

Morning is a perfect time for prayer, meditation, and quiet reflection.

You have to live up to a standard that you can be proud of.

Approach the day with optimism, focusing on opportunities rather than obstacles.

Make the kind of daily decisions that you can be proud of.

Because when you become a person that you can’t stand, you will never create the life you desire.

So what if you’re broke right now?

You can still make decisions that you can be proud of.

Revealing deep thoughts this morning

Help others. Give freely. Take care of yourself.

So, things aren’t working out?

Is your relationship suffering?

Is your job not going well?

Many people are going to put the blame on other people…

“My wife (husband) is the problem”

“My boss is a jerk”

But what do ALL OF YOUR PROBLEMS have in common?

There is one common denominator…

And it’s YOU.

Take a note, I realize that sometimes shit just happens.

But you have the power to decide where to go and what to do when things start to fall apart.

Just focus on managing your own actions, thoughts, and responses.

Sound familiar?

When you’re going through a difficult time, you make poor decisions:

You might drink too much.
Start chain smoking.
You don’t take care of your body.
Ignore your finances.
You become greedy.
It was all about ME ME ME!

That was me years ago (seems like just yesterday).

It wasn’t until I decided to become a better person.

Someone I could be proud of, that’s when things started falling into place.

Become who you want to be right now so that you can create the success you desire.

Don’t let problems stand in the way of your success. I’ve noticed lately that a lot of people in the online home business give up way too soon.

Because they allow problems and setbacks to be the deciding factor.

On whether or not they are gong to continue with their online business.

If you are new to this online (work from home) business space, expect failure.

It’s all part of the learning process, and it means you are learning.

Ask ANY leader in ANY profession.

Nobody got to be successful in anything without overcoming challenges.

They all had doubts.

About their fears that they needed to overcome.

And they all had things happen that made them want to quit right now!

One of the things that I’ve learned in early in life.

My parents (your parents too) said that you need to take responsibility for your own life.

After going through a difficult period some years ago, I spent a lot of time feeling angry about how things turned out.

It was because I was blaming everyone but me.

What you have to understand is that when you put the blame on something that is not in your own control, it’s a very negative way of thinking.

Furthermore, I was so busy blaming everyone else for failures.

That I forgot that my destiny IS in my own control.

I thought that because I failed once, then the chances were good that I would fail again and again.

Because I really had no control over how things happened.

But when I really sat back and looked at the situation.

There were things that I could have done differently to avoid going through that same mistakes again.

I could have been a better marketer, perhaps I should have picked my program more carefully…

At the end of the day, it was MY OWN actions that got me to where I am now.

And if I were to give up completely, I would be always be thinking…what if.

Don’t let problems stand in the way

Business is no different:

When things don’t go your way.
When you experience problems and setbacks in your business.
You have to understand that everything is ultimately in your control.
When you face a problem.
It’s up to you to find the solution, period.

A direct result of your rituals

A direct result of your rituals. A few blog posts ago, I shared with you about what it takes to be successful. I gave you the only 3 skills you need to master in order to conquer your online business.

I also shared with you that all you need to do is this.

Find out what other successful people have done before you.

Successful people often share common habits and mindsets that they cultivated before they achieved fame or wealth.

And simply model your business after theirs.

Simple as that.

However, there’s another element to all this. You see, the results you have in your business and life are a direct result of your rituals.

Many people look at the successful leaders and they put them on some type of pedestal.

They feel depressed, thinking that they will never achieve those amazing results. They feel that those leaders have some special gift or skill that’s allowed them to get to where they are.

But if you look at the habits (rituals) of successful people, then you will see that there is a reason that they are where they are.

It’s because they took the actions every day, day after day, after day, after day… you get the picture.

If you see somebody that’s in phenomenal physical shape, then you KNOW that they’ve been eating and exercising for years.

If you see a successful business person no matter what business model they are in, you KNOW that they’ve been consistently putting in the work to build that dream business.

A direct result of your rituals.

Overnight success does NOT exist.

You don’t see the endless hours that they’ve put in to get to where they are.

So if you feel that you’re lacking the success you deserve, then you need to take a good hard look at your daily rituals.

Really it’s not that hard. The path to success has already been laid out before you. Many people become overwhelmed in this business.

Thinking that they need to start from scratch.

And re-invent the wheel to create success online.

But the fact is, you do NOT need to re-invent the wheel.

Whatever it is that you decided to do.

No matter how you plan to start (or build) your home based online business.

There are already people out there who have done that successfully.

Successful people differ from unsuccessful people primarily through their mindset, actions, and habits.

They embrace change, set clear goals, take responsibility for mistakes, and continuously learn.

While unsuccessful people avoid failure and fear change, successful people view failure as a learning experience, focusing on ideas and proactivity rather than excuses.

They have done all of the “figuring out” for you.

The grunt work is done.

All you need to do is learn from them, watch what they do and how they do it, and then model your business after theirs.

Which brings up the concept of “information overload”

When you go to the library, you don’t look at the books and say “WOW, there’s too much information!”

No. You grab one or two books, and you absorb the content.

After you’re done learning from those books, you bring them back and grab a few more.

So why does learning internet marketing have to be so difficult?

Really it’s not that hard.

It’s only difficult if you make it so.

There are only a few fundamental skills to master…

Building a list
Follow up
Providing value

Just tackle ONE SKILL AT A TIME… model off of the people who have already done the hard work for you.

I learned most of what I know from this system but there are SO MANY resources out there… you just got to get out there and take advantage of them 🙂
