It’s only evil when the person selling is evil. Many people are hesitant to start their own business because they don’t feel good about selling.

In fact, a lot of people think that selling is bad…
Many people view selling as inherently negative.
They often associate it with manipulation, greed, or annoyance.
Often from past experiences with pushy, stereotypical salespeople.
Listen, selling is NOT bad. It’s not evil… it’s only evil when the person selling is evil.
Selling is what makes the world go around. It drives the economy.
Revenue is made when sales are made, period.
No ifs, ands, or buts.
But this doesn’t mean that you have to be a sleezy salesperson.
You can sell in a cool way.
When somebody joins your list, or becomes a friend on social media…
Don’t try to get them to buy your stuff right away…you want to always be leading with value FIRST.
Get your new leads to get to know you and like you FIRST.
It’s only evil when the person selling is evil.
When somebody opts into your list, they have no idea who you are.
And when you try to sell hard immediately, it causes people’s barriers to come up.
They’re gonna unsubscribe real quick because let’s face it…
Nobody comes online to look for a sales pitch!
People (that includes you and me) come online to be entertained or find information.
This is critical for you to understand this if you want to succeed with your marketing.
So when you are transparent and providing value, people will become very receptive to what you have to say.
And when the time comes that you DO sell, you’ll be amazed at the results and the sales that come flooding in.
Doesn’t happen overnight…
But if you commit to learn and take action…
UNTIL you are where you want to be, you CAN make it happen.
